Russell Blair Racing is a horse racing tipster who gained a reputation on twitter as social media's best horse racing tipster. After winning numerous online tipster competitions Russell decided to become a full time tipster service. he has had great success this year and is developing an excellent reputation as a professional horse racing tipster. It is the number of large priced winners that sets Russell Blair form the rest.

Reviews (144)

Started following Russell in June 2016. After a mixed couple of months, Russell showed a consistent profit, including a few months of 80-100+ points.

However, results from mid-2017 onwards have been absolutely horrendous. I stuck with it until the end of November, and then cancelled my subscription and stopped following his tips (Russell continued to send selections to non-subscribers, but Dec and Jan both resulted in losses).

Like many of the recent reviews, poor communication, a lack of reasoning behind selections, and unkept promises of updates and p/l, reduced confidence in what was previously a good service.

I also did not enjoy the winter months, where all of the tips are on the all-weather. Purely personal preference, but watching the majority of selections flail around at the back of a Class 6 at Wolverhampton was not a fun use of money.

Service is impossible to recommend.

This is a really sad story. This was the best tipping service going and the profits were very high.

Since the autumn of 2017, the performance has fallen off a cliff. The losses since then are ridiculously high and the quality of the information from Russell has dried up- no explanations for selections, numerous promises to provide p&l that never happens etc.

Avoid until Russell gets his act together.

As the others have suggested, my betting bank as also been wiped out. I gave it until the middle of December to see if things got any better. But no 100% loses in the 1st half. I didn’t hang around past then. I wanted to have a good Christmas.

Betting Bank is lost so should cease trading as its a failed tipping service.

If you can’t make profit giving selections out the night before where no one can achieve the prices you give out then somthing is seriously wrong with the selection process.

Atrocious tipping service!
Most horses have been finishing closer to last than first.
Atrocious decision on my behalf to join in the first place.
Bank completely gone in just over two months.
I guess that serves me right for paying for tips, especially ones of this poor quality.
Lesson learned, never again!

Worse racing horse service I have been. There is no staking plan that can survive these 4-5 months of heavy losses. My bank is destroyed thanks to him.

Absolute shambles - over 160 points down on main service, think the failed morning service has ruined Russell.

I'm also a little dubious about the 'proofed' results that are posted in a couple of places. The claim is that October lost 46 points, and November 33 points more. That's based on, generally, 2 point stakes and represents a ROI of -35%. I would need to go back through and check all the results myself, but I find it very very difficult to believe that I have only lost 1/3 of my stakes in each of those months

Truly awful.

Nearly half a year of consistent losses.

Awful. The worst tipster I've encountered in recent years. Currently on a hideous losing run, which isn't included on the results on his website.

Strange how the results stopped getting updated when the horses stopped winning.

I'd also argue that the suggested betting bank of 100 points is far too small. 95%+ of suggested bets are for 2 points, so I think really you need a bank of 200+ points to feel comfortable.

Most disappointing of all has been the awful customer service. I sent three emails within the first month of my membership, the first two of which were ignored. Since then, Russell has emailed members on a few occasions promising various things - up to date results and also some sort of commentary on the recent losing run - but this has never happened.

Massively disappointing.

Having just read the last couple of negative reviews I feel I should add some context.

I first joined the service in March 2016. I joined at a bad time and ended up losing 60 points at £10 a point. This knocked my confidence and I cancelled my subscription. Just after leaving, the service had a phenominal turn around and made something like an 80 point profit in a couple of weeks so I decided to rejoin. Since then I have made and am still in profit to the tune of about 200 points.

With regard to the morning service referred to, when it was started Russ strongly advised paper trialling it rather than risking actual money. He also pointed out that it would likely have a lower roi than the main service. Granted it hasn't been great to date, but if taking his original advice there was no need to incur any losses.

In my experience it seems Russ cares pretty deeply about providing a high quality tipping service and is quite clear about staking plans and how large a bank is needed. He also cares about trying to preserve the value in his bets which is why a waiting list was introduced to limit the number of people placing bets.

It is unrealistic to expect any tipping service to turn a profit month after month, but with patience, discipline and being prepared to take the rough with the smooth it is possible to make money in the long run as my bank proves.

I hope this review adds some useful context to the service.

Was with this service since end of October last year. Steady profit until March/April, which was very poor. Very good recovery made May through June and then results fell off a cliff. Loser after loser after loser. I have had to quit, as between his evening and morning service, I dropped 150 points at £30/point. I actually wrote to him a couple of weeks ago, as I was worried and he didn't bother to reply. Blew my whole bankroll and obviously didn't care. Never again. Leave well alone.

I want to start by saying, the guy is a 'Genius'. I've followed many tipsters over the years and have built up a good portfolio of solid tipsters, but this guy surpasses them all and i could quite happily give up all my others just to follow Russell.
I've been with him for under a year now and have amassed over 500 points profit which when i worked it out last was around the 34% ROI mark for myself personally.
Russell does have bad spells but every tipster has them, even tipsters that are backing favourites in every race go through them, but seeing out the bad spells and you'll be rewarded just like this crazy month where i'm close to 100 points in profit.
I would like to add a few constructive negatives. The prices he puts up soon disintegrate, but he does give us a warning email before his tips are sent out to get us ready and sign in to our accounts and he doesn't always take the highest price there is, I've been on many of his tips at higher odds than published.
Because of his success you will be dealing with restrictions and account closures, but they are unfortunately the norm now with successful punters, but there are many ways around this, some easy some not so...
I would like to see more write ups from Russell because when he gives them, you can learn from them and they show the detail he puts in to his tips and explain why his picked some bizarre outsider of the field.
The last negative is probably just selfish but i'd love to see him tip on the NH scene, i was a bit disappointed over the winter when there was some great jumping action going on and he just stuck to the dull AW cards.
Even with the negatives included there is no better tipster to follow for profit, for which i thank him.

Joined the Russell Blair waiting list after seeing so many good reviews on this site and others,.
After waiting patiently I received an email from Russell to say a place for myself is now available and gave me the option to join via PayPal.
I was hoping that this would live up to the hype and and what has happened since has been far better than I expected. The results and profit have been exceptional, he has made me more in the past 30 days than my other 3 tipsters have all year!
On the first day I did miss the odds of one of the tips but that was party down to myself not really knowing how best use his system. He sends a warning out before tips go out so I sign into my accounts then and when the tips come through i place the bets and there is no problems. Grateful for opportunity to join and looking forward to what more is to come.

feel privileged to be a part of this service to be honest. Russell is quite frankly a racing magician & i'm sure he has a large waiting list at this stage. Of course there are losing periods. Last month (April 2017) for example there was a 24 point loss overall. Sometimes you may even have back to back losing months since you won't always get the best odds for whatever reason (i.e. having multiple restricted accounts).

However, as with all good tipsters you have to have the discipline to ride out the occasional bad streak. In the long run you will make very good money with this man. This month alone we are up over 120 points in profit! It's insane lol. Now of course the bookies will not just take this beating without fighting back. I've been gubbed by a number of the bigger bookies and I expect to lose more accounts in the future. But you know what? even if i'm gubbed by every bookie out there, It's been so satisfying taking money off them and if/when I am forced out completely, I'll go out with a much healthier bank balance than when I came in, all thanks to Russell.

Well I bet the fella who wrote the last review feels a wee bit silly now. This shows exactly how not to bet and follow successful tipsters. .

I agree he did have a dry spell in March and April but that was after some huge months and now he is over 100 points up in may. At the prices he tips at it has to be expected and if you think you can win every month you are a fool and most likely in the bookies back pocket.

Yes the prices do go quite quick but you can still get on them if you are ready, he gives you a 5 minute warning and that gives plenty of chance. Lets be honest the bookies are not daft and they know they are going to loose to Russell Blair long term so they cut the odds, can hardly blame them.

There is a reason Russell Blair is top of this site and top of racing proofing and what ever other review sites, it is because long term he is the best bar none. He doesn't jump up and down when he is banging in 16/1's left right and centre and doesn't take it to bad when hes losing and that is how to play it as a member.

Most services cant make what Russell does in a month in a whole year. My advice is if you get chance to join his service, snap it up and providing you are in it for the long term you will be a very happy punter.

Firstly, after patiently sitting on a waiting list to eventually get access to Blair's tips I have to say I am astounded at the standard of the horses he has been picking the last 2 months.

Aside from all the 5 star reviews on here, a friend initially recommended I join as he said Blair stated in an email he sent to calm down members who must have been giving him a hard time via email (when he was on another prolonged losing run), that if you use a 100 point bank he 'guarantees' profit in the long run.

Well that 'guarantee' looked to be on very shaky ground when to my horror he blew just shy of 90 points in a little over a month between March and April! In this time only managing to pick 3 winners from around 70 selections (2 or 3 points per selection), with one of the winners being a dead heat.

So I would take the 100 point 'guarantee' with a big pinch of salt as my bank has been decimated to the very brink of being bust, and any chance of it recovering looks like a very long, hard and unlikely road at this point based on what I've seen so far.

The other main point to cover is the odds. Don't think for one second that you are going to be able to get close to the odds that Blair includes in his emails every day.

He often quotes Paddy Power, Betfair Sportsbook and Bet Victor as the best prices available. This is a method most tipsters out there use to massively boost their 'official' points totals, as anyone who has used these bookies know you will be lucky to last a fortnight taking value the night before when using these particular firms. They offer these prices to weed out the value bettors and then gub them.

Also, on an average day you may receive 3 tips, all with the best available prices being at 3 different bookmakers. I salute anyone who has the time to be able to sit down and have 15 different bookmaker accounts open on their computer, with a balance in all of them, ready to instantly place a bet at Blair's stated prices before they disappear. This is the only way you could possibly achieve the advertised prices and profit, and you would have to do it every single night. So in the real world, impossible to get even close.

As another reviewer stated, take Blair's claimed prices and profits (I say profits, that's if there is ever going be any!) and reduce them by around 30% and you will probably be closer to the truth.

Unfortunately, once all your bookie accounts have dried up from taking value every night at 6.30pm, you can forget about making a decent profit at Betfair exchange starting price. I checked all the results from this year so far against BSP and after commission you'd be only slightly better than break even.

The other problem I see, although I'm yet to experience it with the severe lack of winners, is that if you don't manage to get your money on the horses literally within less than 1 minute of the email hitting your inbox, then you will be hit with even worse value than the fantasy claimed prices that are stated in the email. Blair is obviously oversubscribed, so his already unattainable prices get hammered even harder when his army off subscribers back them in.

This may sound like an exaggeration, but the prices do literally get slashed in a matter of minutes most days.

The other downside of the service is that Blair just sends out the tips and that's it. He doesn't bother with any explanation or reasoning behind any of the selections. If he did that then maybe I could try and understand why he is picking these horses and how he expects the race to unfold, and if he is just on a very long and incredibly unlucky run.

Anyway, if you join Blair's service just be aware that this is the reality. I would probably be able to overlook the whole fantasy prices and profits, if he was actually turning something close to a profit, but time will tell... As long as the crumbs that remain of my 100 point bank doesn't get flushed away in the coming days that is!

Everywhere you look, every tipster related website Russell Blair is top and for bloody good reason!

The results are just incredible, huge profits and huge ROI, you just keep thinking they cant possibly carry on but they do they just keep coming. I joined in June last year and have made more money in that time than my last 4 years of betting!

He seams like a sound down to earth guy too, does not go bragging about winners, says everything how it is and genuinely cares about his members.

My only regret is that I did not find Russell Blair sooner!.

Russell is definitely the best tipster out there. I have been with several over the past couple of years and this guy as been the most consistent with most of his picks being in double figures. If you stick to points you can't go far wrong. The only downside, if you can call it that is I have already been restricted from betting on horses on Betfair, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it happens on b365.

He is worth the monthly fee and more. I don't like to put other services down but please stay away from favourite backing tipsters like Shaka who charges more for his tips and as far less success than this guy who's never tipped a favourite since I've been a member. Although I've seen horses start at 16/1 and end up being the favourite when they set off.

I've only been a member since mid-September and was paper trading for the first few weeks. However, in that time there have been a decent number of double figure wins. Obviously, there have been losing horses but one has to accept losing runs (and indeed losing months) when betting. Speaking from my experience so far Russell is one of the best tipsters out there. Sends his emails out at the same time each evening - I keep an eye out for them and usually catch them within a few minutes so can often get a bet on at - or very close to - the advised prices. I particularly like the write-ups explaining his thinking that accompany some of his tips. Five stars from me - keep up the good work Russell.

Russell Blair Racing is the epitome of a 5 star service.

I have run out of superlatives to describe what is on offer.

Just when you think it can't continue, it does, the consistency and long term nature of what is on offer is incredible.

On top of the tips, Russell is always approachable and will go above and beyond to help out or answer any query, exactly what you'd want from a service such as this.

Specialising on flat racing, I challenge anyone to find a more informed and successful tipster than Russell.

Keep up the fantastic work Russell, long may it continue, but most of all, thank you for everything so far!

The best in the game for big priced flat winners. I always jump on before doing mu footy bets. One thing though:

Ignore his staking; it's been done to appease people who can't withstand a short losing run. Back the NAP to two points and the other two to 1.5. Won't go wrong and your profit will be greater than that advised.

There are very few tipsters around who are on a par with Russ in terms of getting a return on your investment. There may well be stints without winners but some people fail to see the merit in sticking around for the long term. If you had chosen to stick with Russ for a number of months there's no doubt whatsoever that you would have been quids in! A really sound bloke who's rates are very good value for money. I've been subscribing for over 6 months and have really enjoyed the service. The selections are generally at quite long odds so when they land its kneeslide territory! They land plenty often enough for it to work out great value too, I'm quite cautious but have still made a really good profit above the subscription fee. This last 4 weeks have been amazing, but new subscribers should keep in mind that you need to stick with it long term no-one can be amazing every month. Highly recommended though, and when Russell does his write ups you'll learn loads.

Russell is one of the best tipsters I've ever been with. Most tips are over 10/1 so you have to be prepared for the odd losing run - but if you stick with him the winners will come and at good value prices. The tips are sent out the night before racing when most bookies still have a few value prices around and Russell takes advantage of them. Virtually every horse Russell tips shortens in price, thus indicating good value. You won't be disappointed!

The best tipster out there! Russell puts a lot of hard work into his tips, providing detailed reasons as to why he's selected any given horse. He's very reliable and consistent with his selections and his ROI speaks for itself. If your seeking a tipster who provides regular profits and saving towards something special Russ really is worth following. I've followed many tipsters throughout my time on twitter and can 100% say Russ is the best out there. Well worth the monthly fee as you get this back within days from a winning selection. Been in since day one and it's been a topsy turvy journey. That said, if you have a betting bank, follow the points plan and accept you could go days without a winner then keep reading! Russ has bets up early allowing you to take the early price in plenty of time. I would say that most tips are 12/1+ meaning profits are great when the winners do roll in. There are some great runs and some tough runs but you also start to find out about your own betting style and mine has certainly changed following Russ this year. If you start chasing outside of Russ tips you are done for IMO! After 8 months I have a decent betting bank, I spread my bets to stay under the radar and I've even started to draw a little at times. I've paid for tips only once before and swore blind I would never do it again until I stumbled across Russ...

I've been a member for a few months now and had some very good results, it's nice to get the tips around the same time each day and he's not one to quote prices that aren't available, although you need to be on your toes, must be a good sign if his tips affect the price.

As of today I am over £2,000 up from the last 5 weeks so an easy & deserved Five Stars from me.

Keep to level stakes & you just can't go wrong - just look at the results.

I bet for fun but it is no fun if you aren't winning. Russell gives me a profit and enjoyable punts too. Tips arrive at a time I can get good odds too.He has a bit of personality too unlike another tipster I follow.

Not really one for writing reviews but this is an Excellent all round service and certainly one worth having on your side. Great profits and customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about his members and is not just in it to make a few quid form them. First class. I have found this profitable to advised prices and Betfair SP with no Best odds guaranteed taken into the results. Thanks Paul

Been a member since end of March can't say that on my experience I would be recommending him, since the end of May it's been pretty testing in fact it's been garbage and I just don't think past glories are in anyway a guarantee of future success as Russell has demonstrated quite well.

All the reviews posted reflects how good Russell is. Too good for the bookies which resulted in all my accounts being restricted or closed 😩. I am only left with bookies with no early prices and obviously no value left. I was forced out of the game. An advice to the followers spread your stakes at all costs! Keep several accounts with the bookies not just one or two at a time like I did and stay under the radar. Don't be greedy 😉I really appreciated the changes brought to the service recently with early warnings before tips are out as odds advised are just gone within seconds! Nothing more I can add to what have already been said and to what I posted in a review earlier except that RUSS you ROCK! Keep up the level of service and keep bringing up the winners for your members.

Been with Russ nearly 3 months now and nicely in profit. I did have the problems Simon has mentioned, even made a loss june mainly down to only getting the 10/1 and not being able to get the 25/1. I was at my laptop when the selections came in and still missed 2 of the 3 odds advised. Russ did say that changes were being made to hopefully stop this from happening. Since the changes I have not missed any of the odds advised. Selections come in via email and for an additional £5 pm you get a text a few minutes before the email. With the profits you will make with Russ I would advise you spending that extra £5 for the text service. You get a 5 minute warning selections are coming. The selections are sent 1 at a time which gives you plenty of time to get on at the odds advised. Another plus is that Russ is very approachable and any problems or questions are answered quickly. in a nutshell, an excellent service that will give you some big profit.

Right, have reviewed previously but feel I need to again as quite a lot has changed with this service recently. I run a portfolio of services, and this one by far has been the most profitable for 2016, I mean ridiculously so.

However, this does cause a few issues which people should be aware of before joining. Firstly is prices, I have never seen prices move so quickly on these selections, just yesterday for example, 25/1 at 17:58 was about 16/1 5 mins later, and about 10/1 within less than 30 mins. This causes two issues, do you take the lower price, or increase your stake? Obviously if your disciplined, option one but add that difference in price on to other prices that will no doubt be missed and advised profits are no where near achieved. To be fair to Russ, not a lot he can do about this and has in fact implemented changes to give people the best chance of obtaining the prices by sending warnings, tips seperately etc. Just make sure you have your phone ready to bet around 6pm!

Another issue is bookie restrictions which are inevitable these days, you will be restricted quick by some bookmakers and I struggle to get the desired stake onto the selections. Again, not his fault, but he's that good you will be banned eventually :)

Going forward, taking the above into consideration - can subscribers be retained? Not too sure, I will be reducing my stakes to within bookie limits to extract a few extra quid, once i'm all closed though not sure what to do.

Hopefully Russ will come up with a strategy that works on the exchanges, all though incredibly difficult!

Signed up at the beginning of the year having not followed tipsters before. Saw Russ' results and thought they were too good to be true, but thought hey only one way to find out.

I'm now however-many points in profit and very much a horse racing fan! Tips are sent the evening before and you'll often see Russ' picks shorten in odds up to the race which just goes to show his knowledge and the respect he's given.

Two triple-figure point months since I joined and still plenty of flat racing to come this year. Patience, staking plan, & Russell Blair Racing = profit!

Not too much I can say that won't already of been said, so i'm sure I'll just be reiterating what many have said. But...

Russell is quite simply one of the best, what he does not know about Flat racing simply is not worth knowing. He is not only extremely knowledgable about his trade, but also extremely approchable too, which is really important as a tipster in my opinion, being able to offer extensive reasoning and answering any question that comes his way.

Finally, a key strength of Russell is he is a hugely multi dimensional tipster, with years of consistent profit behind his views. He can pick out a high over priced winner for you, and also pick you out a rock solid multiple, whatever is your thing.

With huge success and consistency behind him, I would strongly urge anyone to give Russell a sign up asap !

Never written a review on here despite trying out the majority of highly rated tipsters on here - and i think that in itself is credit to the service. I also follow one of the other 5* reviewed tipsters on here who charge double the price but doesnt come close results wise. The first two months were not incredible with a small loss and only a few points profit being made in the other, but there was no problems with the selections -just bad luck. But the last month has been ridiculous and i've never seen anything like it. Over 100 points up within a month is incredible and i could not be more grateful. The tips are normally double figures odds but i'm not even surprised anymore when they bolt up.
By far the best service I have tried and for the price you pay you wont find better.

I joined Russell’s service in early February taking advantage of his generous £1 trial offer and made an impressive 32 points over the month (less than the official figures but I missed a week due to a holiday and I placed one point on each selection, ignoring the staking advice).

March was not so good and come Cheltenham I was 9 points down for the month and bailed out, prematurely as it happened.

Russell kindly offered me another £1 trial this month and I’m so glad I took him up on it as the results have been astoundingly good (42 points from a mere 11 betting days).

I can unreservedly recommend this low-cost, excellent value for money service.

I feel I owe it to Russ to write another review since he started his tipping service. His free tips were always brilliant but the added pressure of having people paying for your tips is a completely different matter, but it hasn't fazed him at all.

Russ always answer questions about his tips and his write-ups are first class. He was incredibly unlucky in April but he didn't change his approach and start tipping favs. He typically tips 3 singles a day, an EW Trixie and often a Win Trixie and their odds are almost always double figures. He follows a strict staking plan but as he gets so many winners, small stakes result in significant profit.

His knowledge of Flat racing, in particular, is second to none. If you want to make lots of money from small stakes, sign up for his service now. Also, the cost of his service is ridiculously cheap. One decent day would pay for a month.

Quite simply, there is no one better. You're mad if you don't sign up.

Started poorly but finished the first month about even which was pretty decent for so early into the flat season when things can take a bit of time to pan out. Since then he's been tip top. Plenty of winners at great prices and showing around 130pts profit for May so far with a few days left. I've found him to be a straight talker and doesn't look for excuses if things go badly. You definitely need to be quick to get on at the prices he advertises in the emails. They are available as I've managed to get most of them but these horses do tend to get backed and it's not unusual for an advertised 8/1 shot to trot in at 3/1 or less. Give him a go I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Let me begin by saying I believe most people on Twitter to be completely ego driven and desperate for followers and at times it seems like a kids playground!
Russ, however, seems in love with the game we play! Has a brilliant extensive knowledge of a range of different flat races and a great understanding of what is value in a race. Easy to talk too, honest and trustworthy and just generally a top bloke.

I have not come across anyone who seems so consistent and hugely profitable, there is no one else I will follow blindly without question. Simply a bargain for what he provides!

I've been in Twitter for a number of years now and have seen all sorts on there, plenty I listen to for their thoughts and knowledge of the game but knowledge of the game doesn't always equal picking winners. Russ is without doubt the only service I'd pay for.

Some of his picks leave me scratching my head, I've no idea how he comes to them but then the following day they go in.

It's calm betting with Russ, just stick to the system and it'll pay off.

Excited for the summer!

I am not the kind of guy to post a review, but for this service I had to. I joined his service for 4 months now. All I can say this guy Russ knows his stuff.

How many times have we his members been asking ourselves if not himself " how can this guy think this one will win? He picked a donkey!" and how many times he proved me/us wrong. Like all tipsters he has his bad days...but his tips being at juicy odds and many times double figure ones it takes only a win to turn into profit. He is consistent in his approach and a genuine and honest guy. He always find time to reply to queries. In this game you have to be patient. You just cannot expect winners everyday, more so at these kind of odds. Thanks to him I have smashed some bookies. Been following him on Twitter, just take some time to listen to the racecast...really worthwhile.

This service is top class and a must have! Well deserved 5 stars for me.

Best Tipster Ive found by a long way. Yes there are long losing runs but since joining Ive never felt worried and have always felt like there is another big winner on the way. You do have to be quick to get on the best early prices as they sometimes move fast but to me that just shows the right horses are being picked.
When reasons are given for the picks you realise how much time and effort must go into studying form and previous races. An absolute bargain price too compared to alot of other tipsters.
Worth every penny.

Hmm would ignore the one star reviews personally. March was at -50pts at one stage this was turned around to a -1pt loss in the final week or so which shows if you have a 100pt bank which he reiterates you will be fine. I personally upped my stakes just before the losing run - doh but still... this was my choice.. not going to abuse the guy for losses like some of the emails he has so say recieved. Keeping the faith and im sure once dreaded april is over we will see some better runs for our money as majority are well backed. Only negative is that prices are somewhat unobtainable, 25/1 yest for example, best i could get is 22 which is ok for singles but the trixie odds drop massively so if this bet did come in i would expect to see a substantial difference in profits advertised

Without doubt one of the best tipsters on twitter and it's not by luck
Russell has proven time after time that in this day of the 50 quid a month tipster who send 3-5 tips a day of which strangely 3 are quite often 5 point stakes on even money chances that there is value as anybody who follows his selections will know.
Quite often as the days racing is just winding down Russell's picks are chosen and posted (where price allows)
In my honest opinion the chap has to have some form of physic ability because when he posts 16/1 shots as his best bet of the day,I as most people would couldn't see a horse with form figures of 3679/0 having a squeak of a place let alone win but then rather bizarrely you awake to find the same selection has halfed in price and proceeds to win hard held
As well as finding mind boggling priced winners Russell has never once failed to supply an answer to any thing I queried
So all that's left to say is I would fully indorse any service that Russell has an input into regarding horse racing

Hands down the best tipster on Twitter. I'm so annoyed I only encountered him last year but he's had a brilliant summer so I can't complain. Totally transparent, always willing to answer questions and explain choices. Generally goes for value over quantity, so you might get a day or two without a winner but when you win, you win big. Stick to his staking plan and you're guaranteed to make money.

I have to say, I'm very surprised someone has given him 3 stars! Must be jealousy because if there was ever a proper 5 star tipster, then it's Russ. And he somehow manages to do this while supporting Villa!! One word....LEGEND!

Definitely the stand out tipster on Twitter. His nap is usually a value bet. His modesty speaks volumes too unlike some "tipsters" on Twitter who like to boom odds on "naps" not that you'd find Russ tipping anything that short.

Russ is a Villa fan. If you can get passed that there's not much else not to like. Up front, honest with every single horse he puts up thought out and a reason behind it. Doesn't feel the need to 'tip' everyday only adding credence to the ones he does put up.

Russ is the least dull person from Birmingham I've ever spoken to. I can vouch for him 100%. He's a great guy and a fantastic tipster. He has time for anyone (unless they're a hatter) and has won me plenty of dosh since I started following him. Highly recommended.

Russ is a good lad , no bullshit and knows his stuff unlike plenty of so called tipsters on Twitter "Some think it's a game " , Monopoly money .

He's tips are mostly value selections and he gets his up nice and early , been very profitable from what I have seen , you won't go wrong following Russ and he has been doing all this for free . Top guy 👍

Honest, consistent & transparent. Puts in the time required, which along with his knowledge of the sport does little else than produce regular winners. His ROI talks for itself with that.

If I was asked by anyone for a point in the direction of a tipster who really knows their onions, I wouldn't hesitate in sending them towards Russ, after myself. After all... I did teach him everything he knows. ;)

Was recommended by a fellow follower towards the end of August. The staking plan suggested along with the sensible wording - thankfully you won't find a 'Boom' tweet - along with the gradual increase in return inspires confidence from the knowledge portrayed.

August and September has put just under 200 points in my pocket. Better than an ISA? I think so.

As with any investment you have to suffer the falls as well as the rises but Mr Blair shows a flair for winners.

Thank you and keep up the good work.

been following for a while and Russell has proven his skill in providing value winners. Honest tips and even does not post on the few days there is nothing worth tipping. long term profit is the game, never any shorties.

There are an awful lot of tipsters on Twitter and it can be a complete minefield trying to find a good one. All you are really looking for is someone genuine and honest who actually knows what he's talking about and who genuinely cares if you win or lose.

There is no doubt in my mind that the best tipster on Twitter is Russell Blair. Forget the dodgy surname and the even dodgier Christian name. This man will win you money. Every tip is properly researched and carefully considered. The biggest issue is getting on quick enough as he moves the markets.

He fulfills every criteria. He suggests points. He has a staking plan. He provides consistent winners and he is transparent.

If you already follow him you'll know I'm right. If not then give him a try. You won't regret it.

Best tipster out there! 100% genuine and honest guy who has an unbelievable long-term record for profit and roi% What Russ doesn't know about horse racing isn't worth knowing. His methods and application of knowledge to selecting a horse tip are second to none imo. If you want value picks and long term profit then look no further. I can't recommend this tipster enough!

Great tipster, sound lad knows his stuff especially when it comes to the flat season. Hits big priced winners throughout the year. Blogs going good guns, Kev and Tipping Times ensure plenty of quality tips.

Russell Blair offers a great service to all horse racing punters. The blog and insights into the reasons behind his NAP's and selections are well justified. A genuine tipster who is all about looking for value and optimising maximum profit. A tipster I recommend and encourage all to follow his strict betting plan.
