My name is Will, and I head a site called Accutipster that has been running for 2 and a half years now. We started with just football tips, but now have
writers covering F1, NFL, Tennis, Horse Racing and Rugby, as well as specific markets within football. Our message is simple - good value bets &
quality over quantity - all backed up with statistics to give you confidence in the bets. We don't claim to be the latest or greatest, but over time
have won people a lot of money through our tips.
For this week I was hoping to incorporate some of our other tipsters into this, but with Tennis and Horse Racing dying down for the winter, and NFL mainly
on a Sunday night - it will mainly be football. For each day I will tip two matches, and look to get a 3/1 double. Using the same system
last week between Sunday and Thursday we got 70% correct, with two more that either conceded in the final minutes or failed to covert one of many chances
against a 10 man team, so very unlucky not to have 9/10!
1. AFG Aarhus-Sonderjyske Over 2.5 Goals @ 1/1 (Danish Superliga, 1800 KO)- Lost
Aarhus have a record of 9 over 2.5's in 13 games this season, with 5/6 at home. Sonderjyske have the best record in the league - 10 over/3 under
2.5 goals, with 4 over and 3 under away from home. A key factor is the history of this game - the last 11 meetings have all gone over 2.5 goals,
with both scoring in most if you want to bump up the price with BTTS + Over 2.5, however the safe option is over 2.5 @ 1/1.
2. Dinamo Bucharest-Viitorul Constanta BTTS @ 1/1 (Romanian Liga I, 1830 KO)- Won
Both of these teams are in good form, with 66% of Viitorul's games going over 2.5 goals, although the BTTS count is not amazing - just 5 in their
last 10 away games. Bucharest also don't have a great count for this, but with such a poor league it's not surprising. With most teams bar
Steaua being in financial difficulty, most struggle to finance the next month of wages. In 8 meetings, BTTS has won in 6, and while Dinamo
have been at home, all four have been BTTS. A little more 'Gut' that head, but it's one I think could be a high scorer - this league is a bit
like France or Argentina - with such a number of low scoring teams it drags the odds upto around Evens, even for the better teams.
As a double, this pays 3/1. A few other games were tempting, such as Spurs-Villa, but the unpredictability of the league makes it hard to trust
when it comes to betting.
Good luck for the day - and I hope you enjoy our week-long trial
Tuesday 3rd November
Day 2 Tips:
1. Middlesbrough -1 Goal Handicap @ 21/20 vs Rotherham (1945 KO)- Lost
Boro are in astounding home form - 8 games at the Riverside this season, 6 wins (1 draw and 1 loss) but all 6 wins have been by -1 goal, and with 17
scored and just 2 conceded, I have great confidence in this bet, especially against Rotherham. They are bottom of the league, have lost multiple
games by a 1 goal handicap, conceding on average 2 per game. They have also lost 5 of their 7 away games.
2. Atletico Madrid -2 Corner Handicap @ 11/8 vs Astana (1500 KO)- Won
This is the early kick off in the Champions League, and with a great corners record recently this looks good value - in their last 10 games, Simeone's
men have won on corners by scorelines of 5-1, 9-2, 10-2 (vs Astana), 5-1 (Real Madrid), 12-1 (Benfica), 5-1 (Villarreal) as well as 6-1 and 4-1
vs other La Liga teams. They had two losses to Sociedad and Galatasaray, but generally had off games. They should dominate this game, and for me
win quite comfortably, so if you cannot get any corner markets with your bookies, Score Both Halves @ 10/11 is just as good.
This bet pays 4/1 (Corner market is with Bet 365) and would be excellent singles as well.
Wednesday 4th Novemeber
1. Leverkusen-Roma BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 10/11 (1945 KO) - Won
This ended 4-4 last time out, with both defences' looking a little suspect. If you look through Roma's form, then you will find that 9 of their last
10 games have won in this market, while just 4/10 for Leverkusen - however 7/10 have gone over 2.5 goals. Both have great attacking players, but
are not brilliant when it comes to defending - and you'd think German and Italian sides were the masters of the art. This pays slightly under Evens,
which is somewhere we don't go too often, but great value all the same.
2. Porto -2 Corner Handicap @ 11/8 vs Tel Aviv (1945 KO)- Won
Same as the Atletico game from today - Porto are very strong in the corners department, beating Tel Aviv 13-0 last time. Like today though it's proof
that going to places like Kazakhstan and Israel is tough, so although I don't expect the same result, I do think they will rack up plenty and win
by 4-6 corners. In recent games they have won games on corners by the following scores: 8-4, 10-3, 8-4 (Chelsea), 7-2 (Benfica), 13-0 (Tel Aviv),
3-1, 4-2 and 6-1. They have drawn one 6-6 and lost another to Dynamo Kyiv (2-7) but generally impose themselves on smaller teams, often camping
out in their halves and drawing corner after corner. A good price!
Together it pays around 4/1 again - and with both kicking off at the same time it will make it interesting!
Thursday 5th November
1. Celtic-Molde BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 1/1 (1800 KO)- Won
Both have now played 3 games each, and in all of those games BTTS has happened. Celtic have drawn two games 2-2 and lost 3-1 to Molde, while Molde
have won two games 3-1 and drew the other 1-1. Neither have terrific records in this market domestically as the leagues on the who are quite
poor, and when you are one of the best and face substandard teams each week, you don't concede many Celtic (home) and Molde (away) have 5 BTTS
+ Over 2.5 Goals in their last 10.
Molde's season is now over domestically, so they have no concerns about weekend games - so should be at full strength. Celtic could probably play
a team of harnessed kittens and still win on the weekend, so again should have a full team out.
2. Liverpool-Rubin Kazan Corner Match Bet - Liverpool Win @ 21/20 (1800 KO)- Won
Like the last few days, matches that are taking place in the deepest, darkest corners of Europe are tough for the travelling team, and often you
find they really struggle. Atletico Madrid failed to beat Astana of Kazakhstan - and Thursday, Liverpool travel to Russia to play
Kazan. Once again I am going with a corners bet, but this time without any handicaps.
Liverpool to win on corners is 21/20, as are both teams. But, even with a changed team I think the Scousers will win, as they won 15-3 last time
and also beat Sion and Bordeaux 8-1 and 8-4. In the league, they comfortably beat Chelsea 7-1 while also beating Bournemouth and Southampton.
What gives me great confidence this time around is that Jurgen Klopp has taken a full squad to Kazan for this tie, leaving behind only injured
players. With 3 draws from 3 games, they need a win and Klopp looks to be taking it seriously!
This pays a smudge over 3/1 (probably around 3.1/1).
Friday 6th Novmeber
1. Viitorul Constanta-Astra BTTS @ 1/1 (Romanian Liga I, 1830 KO) - Won
This is the battle of top two. Both high scorers, and both concede in most games. Astra have a record of 10 BTTS in 16, and have scored in all
16 games, conceding in 11. Viitorul have 9 BTTS in 16, and have scored in 13/16 games, while conceding in 11/16. Viitorul are unbeaten at home,
with 6 wins and 2 draws in their 8 games so far - with a total of 23 goals in those (18 scored, 5 conceded). Astra are very good away, with
6 wins and a draw/loss apiece - with a total of 20 goals (13 scored, 7 conceded). They have met twice this season, Astra winning 3-0 in the
cup, while the league games ended 2-2 - giving me great belief this will be similar.
2. Metz Draw No Bet @ 1/1 vs Niort (Ligue 2, 1900 KO) - VOID
Metz are unbeaten away from home with 4 wins and 2 draws. They are actually better away than at home, amazingly. Niort are floating just above
relegation after drawing 5 of their 6 away games, but it is at home where they lose most of their games - winning just 2/7, with those two
being against Sochaux and AC Ajaccio - who are both in awful form. 2/1 is a surprisingly high price for the win, but for me DNB is good value
Together it pays 3/1.
Saturday 7th Novemeber
1. Bournemouth-Newcastle BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 11/10 (Premier League, 1245 KO)- Lost
Both of these two can't keep a clean sheet to save their lives! Baring last week against Hull, and against Man Utd earlier in the season Newcastle
regularly concede 2-3 goals each game, while Bournemouth have conceded 5+ on two occasions in recent times. Their records are vaguely similar
- 6/14 for B'mouth and 6/13 for Newcastle - but with such poor back fours' and Newcastle's attacking talent such as Wijnaldum, Mitrovic
and Perez I have confidence they could bag a few and this will be like their games vs Norwich (6-2 the end score). Bournemouth are without
a few key players but should still score against one of the leakiest defences in the league!
2. Cagliari HT-FT @ 13/10 vs Modena (Serie B, 1400 KO) - Won
Home form is everything in Italy - and Cagliari have that. 6 wins in 6 games, 18 scored and all 6 were HT-FT wins (winning at half time and
leading until full time - do not mistake for Win Both Halves). Modena are yet to win away, and have conceded 9 in 5 away (D2/L3) - very
poor form and a game I can see Cagliari scoring 2-3 goals in and easing to a win.
That pays just over 4/1, and as I type this the first of my tips for today has landed, Astra-Viitorul is now 1-1 while Metz lead 1-0 at HT.
Sunday 8th Novemeber
1. Man City -1 Goal Handicap @ 6/5 vs Aston Villa (Premier League, 1330 KO)- Lost
City are in good form, really hammering a lot of teams recently. Villa, even with a new manager - shouldn't be anywhere near good enough to
stand a chance. The likes of De Bruyne should fare well, while we could see David Silva again. Villa have lost 4 of 5 home games and 9
of 11 so far, mainly by one goal but have not faced anyone of the strength of City. Man City on the other hand have won 3 of their 5 away
games, winning 1, 2 and 3-0 and sit top of the table. With Kompany back in the defence, they have improved significantly since the 4-1
loss to Spurs. Remi Garde has his work cut out - with a lot of substandard players who have not cut the mustard so far.
2. Club Brugge HT-FT @ 5/4 vs Genk (Belgian Pro League, 1700 KO) - Lost
Brugge have been a little indifferent at times this season, but at home - especially in the league they are excellent. 6 wins from 6, and 5
of those HT-FT - while Genk have lost 4 of their 7 away games, as well as 3 of the 4 losses away from home being HT-FT.
Another 4/1 double - currently after 5 days we sit at 7 correct tips in 9, with one voided DNB last night (Friday). While I type
this up none of today's tips have kicked off, so hopefully come tomorrow morning it will be 9/11!
Best of luck
