Analysis – The 8yo is due a change of luck having run consistantly all season without getting his head in front. His consistancy has kept his mark 3lb
above his last winning mark. He’s had 16 runs since his last win with 7 top 4 finishes thats pretty decent considering the competitive nature of most
of those races. He has course winning form as well which as Chester is a major bonus, in fact from just 4 runs he has a win and a place.

Analysis – He’s won 2 of his 36 career races both over Baths 5F trip. The last win was off a mark of 70, after an 8 month absence he returned in June
over 6F at Windsor where he made no show, then his last run at the time was eye catching as he was outpaced early but ran on really well to be
beaten 4Lthat was off a mark of 66, today he runs of 64. The interesting thing is that race now looks a far better run than was thought at the
time as the winner Go On Go On Go On who won that off 79 ran on Wednesday in a Class 1 listed off 97. The 4th home Summer Chorus won a Class 2
6f h’cap at Newmarket whilst 2nd & 3rd both ran 2nd next time out, 8th home Silvericca has won since. Again we have a handful of improving
3yo’s who could be the fly in the oinment, but the way Angelito finished the race that day at Bath this stiffer track may well suit him.

Analysis – We did him last week when he was a staying on 2nd at Kempton. He ran well that day but was given a little too much to do. He’s a course
winner and 4 of his 5 career wins have been on good ground, he’s again off 78 same as last week which is 2lb below his last winning mark. Pat Dobbs
takes over from the apprentice who rode him last week and I feel this stiffer finish will suit him better.

Analysis – He’s won 6 of his 34 career races including this race last year. That win was off a mark of 83 so today he’s just 1lb higher. This year
though he has a decent 5lb claimer on his back, last year he won under top weight of 9st 12 and won it quite nicely travelling like the winner
throughout. Since his win last year he’s run 8 times with his best coming over CD when 2nd to Bermondsy back in June. This is his first run
back in Class 4 company since last years race so all looks good for a repeat win.
