This is a mediocre site. I signed up with them on an introductory offer and have never received it. They have poor customer service and never answer e-mails. I have never been able to contact them by telephone. For the short time I used them I did not have any problems with regards to drawing out money. I believe their aim is to compete with Betfair. They have a long way to go in that respect a better alternative is Smarkets.
