RL Rated Racing is a service run by a very well known tipster amongst BetInfo24 members. Richard who provides the Irish ratings for TPS has been proofing 2 tips per day and has achieved a very good rate of return. Richard bases his selections on highly rated horses for which around 30% go on to be favourites. Quite often they land both selections giving members the opportunity to also back a double as well as 2 singles.
