Analysis – Can be excused her second from last finish at Ripon last time as she missed the break and though it came in this grade this does look an easier task on paper with lower rated rivals now in opposition. Prior to that run she’d been in good form having won over this trip at Windsor back in May and was only beaten a quarter-of-a-length by the re-opposing Show Steeler over that same C&D and this filly is now 7lb better off at the weights. She won her only previous run on good-to-soft by five-lengths, over track and trip last August and it’s a big plus that Oisin Murphy is back in the saddle as he’s been on board for all five of this four-year old’s victories to date.

Analysis – Hasn’t put up a bad performance in five starts this season despite not winning and now takes a drop in grade after a couple of second placed efforts in class 3’s the last twice. He’s still a pound higher than for his last victory but Scott McCullagh, who’s ridden him the last twice, takes a handy 5lb off this gelding’s back and in this lower grade might be ready to strike again.
