Analysis - Has been tried over a mile quite a few times this season when failing to get his head in front, though running well in defeat, and the drop back to 7f looks the right move with all four career wins so far coming over this trip. He won on soft ground at York on penultimate start from 9lb lower in first-time cheekpieces and probably ran to a better level the last day when beaten just under a length, the form of that race has taken a couple of boosts since. Though up a further 2lbs he still looks capable of being very competitive off this mark and the form of his yard has been solid of late (31% strike-rate).

Analysis - This filly was beaten just under a length by Iridessa the last day in a Group 1 at Leopardstown but had previously beaten that rival in two successive races including when winning the 1000 Guineas over C&D back in May, as well as the Irish 1000 Guineas. She’s capable of handling the softer conditions having won with plenty of give in the ground last year and if waited with a bit longer she may be capable of recording a third Group 1 success.
