Analysis – A Class 3 0-135 3m h’cap hurdle on good ground where I really like the look of the top weighted Skipthecuddles. His one big neagtive is his trainer is 0/12 last 14 days which doesn’t bode well but the horses form is enough to say he must have a massive chance in this company. He’s won twice from just 8 races with a NH Flat race on good ground at Towcester and then a Novice hurdle at Wetherby on soft ground before running unplaced at Cheltenham Festival behind Willoughby Court at 66-1 beaten just 14L. He then went to Punchestown Festival where he ran in a 3m h’cap he had every chance 2 out only to weaken really quickly then after just over 6 months off the track he returned at Ayr on heavy ground over 3m he went off 7-2jt fav made good headway 4 out but again weakened quickly so pulled up 2 out.He’ll now strip fitter for that run and really should be capable of putting these rivals in there place. Ladbrokes were top priced 11-1 when I posted earlier but aren’t BOG so rather have the 10-1 BOG just in case he takes a walk in the market.

Analysis – A class 5 2m4 h’cap hurdle on good ground where the one I like has run 5 times so far this season finishing 32520 the interesting part being on 3 runs over 2m4 on good ground 322 over 2m 50. The other interesting bit is that the 322 off 90 today just 85 with first time hood in those 5 runs he’s been 8-1 7-1 4-1 5-1fav 9-2 so clearly fancied by someone each time he runs. He’s yet to win a race but this is the easiest chance he’s had yet I can’t see him missing the front 3.

Time & Track – 3.10 WOLVERHAMPTON (TUESDAY)

Analysis – Runner no.8 from the list of 20 AW to follow. This isn’t a h’cap which always clouds my optimisum but IF the hand brake is released today then he really should hose up the last twice in a competitve h’cap and a claimer he’s been ridden with brakes applied and never allowed out of 2nd gear. Again we are guessing if today is the day but stable are flying and at 5-1 which is the lowest price I’d take as he really shouldn’t be missing the front 3 here so a bet to nothing.
