The step up even further in trip to 3m3f should suit more so than some of the others and he’s sure to run his race form this mark again and hopefully open his handicap account and make his trainer’s rare trip to this course a successful one.

Analysis – Two times winner over fences, the most recent coming from a 6lb higher mark on the forecasted good-to-firm ground and the one before was over today’s C&D from 2lb higher. They both came in this class and he’s been dropped back into this company after contested better races of late from higher marks. His latest third at Cartmel was a good effort and Peter Bowen has a decent record when sending his runners up to this course and will be hoping to add to the double he notched up yesterday.
