Analysis – He’s a 4 times winner 3 on the AW and 1 on turf over 6F at Thirsk on good ground recording a mark of 80. Subsequently he struggled to win a race in h’cap until being dropped to 60 at Wolverhampton in January when we were on him. He followed that up with 2 more wins off 63 & 69 both at Lingfield showing his like more an AW surface. He’s run 8 times since those back to back wins with a best run a 2nd of 6 over 5F Hamilton off 72, he’s 4lb lower today off 68 and he did run welllast time out leading into the final furlong until last 100yds. Leicester is an easier 6F than Hamilton so he may well make most of the running.

Analysis – A class 6 0-60 where Bond Bombshell gets in off his 62. His 3rd at Doncaster 2 runs ago when ridden by todays 7lb claimer P.Vaughan would give her a great chance however she was a disappointing beateb fav last time out. Stall 1 here is ideal if she tries to make all which might be difficult with some very pacey animals in here. She has won 4 times mainly of good/firm but has some placed form including here on a softer surface so trip/ground/track/grade/mark all look good so a big run is expected. However I have had to overlook our recent 2nd placed Lady Joanna Vassa so hopefully I haven’t chosen wrongly.

Analysis – We’ll get the bad news out the way first GLee riding is a massive negative for me but the horses chances of winning and the 50-1 market price are just too big to ignore even with the worst flat jockey riding him. Its a class 6 0-60 on good/soft ground, well the 2 times winner both over 6F both on soft ground both in Class 4 one in a h’cap off 70 both times ridden by GLee. Of his 23 races GLee has ridden him on 6 occassions finishing 1-4-6-1-6-3. He’s now 16lb below last summers mark where he was 2nd to Confessional and this is his first ever run in Class 6 company.

Analysis – We did him last time out at Leicester where we got on him at 33-1 he went off a well supported 10-1 shot but ultimately was disappointing when only 9th of 11 beaten 6L having tried to make all. He did win for us on 8th August last year at Ayr off 74 on good/soft ground carrying 10st over 1m, today is only 7F but good/soft going and off 75 his lowest mark since that win including a decent effort here over CD. The BIG worry however is the form of the O’Meara stable who have had just 1 winner from last 74 runners but significantly he’s back into Class 5 company after class 3 and 4 for last 9 runs.

Analysis – Still a maiden after 14 runs with 4 2nds including a 1m4 maiden on soft ground when trained by Roger Charlton, a return to 1m2 in Class 5 company on soft ground ridden by a professional with tongue tie on all look good positive moves.
