Analysis – 1.20 Lord Glitters – Has been very consistent in all five outings for this trainer having won once and finished 2nd in the other four. He was just touched off over seven-furlongs on stable debut before stepping up tooth’s mile trip where he won a decent handicap over C&D. Reappearance run this season saw him beaten two-lengths in the Lincoln at Doncaster before going down by half a length in the Queen Anne Stakes at the Royal meeting. He goes well at this track and the quicker ground isn’t a problem having gone well on first attempt last month. There’s plenty of pace on offer which will suit this gelding who finishes his races well.

Analysis – 4.30 Final – First couple of runs this season saw him not beaten far in a couple of class 2 handicaps and although beaten five-lengths ta York last time out there was still reason to be optimistic as he stayed on nicely late on after being well held up. He’s 3lb higher than for his last victory which came over this trip last March and if ridden more prominently today he should go well with stable-jockey Joe Fanning back in the saddle (all five career wins have been this combination).

Analysis – Won a novice on first outing of this season over the minimum trip and both runs over this six-furlong trip since have been promising. Despite finishing 10/15 on handicap debut, the distance of defeat was only three-lengths in a class 3 and she Putin a similar performance the last day when fourth in a class 2 (0-100) behind the progressive Sandra’s Secret (both at York). This is quite a drop in class now into a 0-80 and being eased 2lb for that recent outing gives this three-year old every chance of going closer and she has the added assistance of stall 1 which can be key at this track.
