Since joining Julia Fielden he hasn’t added to his 7 career wins though he’s mainly be running over 7 or 8F, now dropping back to 6F a trip that shouldn’t inconvenience him. The ground maybe a slight negative though if it does stay soft.

His other wins have come off 81-86-87-86 twice in class 3 and twice in class 4 so having won twice ina grade above he should find this company to his liking. He was a NR at Ascot on Saturday due to the soft ground so he wouldn’t want any rain.

Analysis – The winner of 2 races a maiden over 7.5F on good/firm and a 1mile h’cap at Meydan on good ground off 89. Now over 1m on good ground off just 75 he comes here with conditions to suit and on the back of a good 5th beaten 2L over CD in class 4 now down to class 5 so a repeat of that run would give him an excellent chance here.

Analysis – Not given a great ride last time out when given far too much to do, he stayed on well late on to be a closing 4th.On his best form he’s very capable of winning in this grade off this mark. I’ve gone against yesterdays NR Topology as I don’t feel 6F is his trip hope I don’t regret that decision.

Analysis – Giving her another chance over a CD and ground she has won over. Not the most reliable mare but when on a going day she’s very hard to peg back. She ran ok over CD last time out only weakening on the run to the last although this is a class higher so she’s 9lb wrong at the weights that does make her task that little bit harder.
