Analysis – His 3rd run for the 20 to follow AW h’cappers did grab a 4th place payout last time out but does need to find something with the runner up from that race. This is his best CD to run over so hopefully he can find the neccessary form to reverse.

Analysis – A class 4 0-115 2m h’cap chase where last years winner Discoverie runs again here this year but off top weight but the one I really liked is the opposite end of the weights Paddling set to carry just 10st1 off a mark of 89 again for Micky Hammond but with Henry Brooke riding. He’s yet to hit the fram in 8 runs but his last 2 runs have been over fences where he has shown a bit more coming 4th both times beaten just 12L here back in March over CD and then 8 months later 4th of 7 beaten 14L over just short of 2m at Hexham on heavy ground. Those 2 runs were off 96 & 94 so todays 89 looks very winnable if he’s able to show some more improvement on those 2 runs. Last time he travelled and jumped well but just weakened from the last.

Analysis – Top weight Tanarpino we were on last time out when a staying on 3rd at Doncaster beaten just 3L. That was his first run over 3m and he seemed to get the trip really well doing all his best work close home so this extra furlong should suit him based on that run.

Analysis – A class 5 0-100 2m3+ amateur riders h’cap hurdle where the one I like is the bottom weighted Micky Hammond trained 8yo ridden by Becky Smith. This one has won for us before but on the flat back in May 2016. He hasn’t won since then on either flat or jumps not having run over jumps since beaten in a seller here in March of this year. This is a low grade race and he runs off 75 only 6lb above his flat winning mark and should strip fit enough having run on the level at Redcar 42 days ago. All 3 flat wins have come with a little juice in the ground so this good/soft should be ideal.
