Analysis - A no show on debut when down the field at Warwick a year ago but showed much more promise at Newbury in his last bumper run finishing fourth behind 1/3 shot Get In The Queue. He made a successful start to life over hurdles when scoring easily by five-lengths and returned from a break with a staying-on third over the bare 2m5f at Kempton, with the front three clear of the remainder. This will be his first start on ground this soft so a chance is taken but he’s making his handicap debut off a workable mark and 10lb of that is taken off by his claimer Joe Anderson. Nicky Henerson has his string in good order and he enjoys success at this course so here’s hoping this gelding can add to that, though there are a few in here with strong claims too.
