Todays Racing Tip – ONE MORE WORD
Time & Track – 3.00 YORK (THURS)
Best Odds – 14-1

Analysis – Ran a terrific race at York last time out when 5th beaten only 2L he’s been dropped 1lb for that loves this track and softish ground, trainer and jockey are in great form 14-1 looks a huge ew bet.

Todays Racing Tip – FROZEN OVER
Time & Track – 4.55 STRATFORD (THURS)
Best Odds – 10-1

Analysis – We did him last time out at Newton Abbot where he travelled well for the most part but couldn’t quicken with the leaders at the business end.He wasn’t beaten very far thta day and that was in Class 4 so todays drop into class 5 over a CD he has run well at in the past would give him a big ew chance.

Result – Non Runner

Todays Racing Tip – ARGAKI
Time & Track – 5.10 HAMILTON (THURS)
Best Odds – 12-1

Analysis – Giving him another chance after he was noted making eye catching late headway 2 races ago then bolted at Carlisle on ladies night so got WD then ran below par last week. These conditions will suit him so I’m very hopeful he’ll build on the promise shown by that race 2 runs back.

Todays Racing Tip – SECRET LOOK
Time & Track – 4.10 CHEPSTOW (THURS)
Best Odds – 33-1

Analysis – A class 6 0-55 1m h’cap on good/soft ground, a race where the top weight is again the selection. He’s a 6 times winner all over sprint trips but he did try 1m2 last time which seemed an exccessive distance to step up to. Now back to 1m and 17lb below the mark he was when moving to Richard Phillips from Ed McMahon yard in August last year. He’s won off a mark as high as 87 and 3 turf wins on soft ground so under foot conditions are ideal. His 33-1 outsider of field quote looks huge IF he stays the mile trip a distance he’s never tried before but this is the lowest grade he’s ever run in.

Todays Racing Tip – BIG CHILL (NAP)
Time & Track – 5.45 CHEPSTOW (THURS)
Best Odds – 14-1 (16-1 B365)

Analysis – Like todays winning nap I’m very keen on the chances of this top weight. He drops down to Class 6 company for the first time ever after 27 races. He’s also returning to the CD of his sole victory that too was on soft ground but off a 10lb higher mark than todays. He ran in a Class 5 0-75 last time out so this 0-65 race off a 3lb lower mark than that Newbury race brings him right into contention here.Only 3yo Gala Celebration has any winning form in any of their last 6 runs which shows you what kind of level we are dealing with here.My slight concern would be that 1 win against 7 2nds might suggest a lack of a will to win but those 2nds were in class 4 h’caps off marks as high as 80.
