Analysis – An 8 times winner 2/23 on AW yet 6/31 on turf his 6 turf wins have come off marks of 66-73-77-78-82-78 & 2 AW wins off 71-77 today he runs off 75. Of those wins 2 Class 5, 4 class 4, 1 class 3 & 1 class 2 today he drops to class 5 for the first time in 21 races having been running in class 3 & 4.His form in Class 5 h’caps reads 2-1-2-6-3-1 which is a decent strike rate for the grade. The big negative is the ground with wins on good/firm and good on turf he’s yet to show he handles a really soft surface so we wouldn’t want it any softer than good/soft.With any 33-1 shot you won’t get a perfect profile so whilst the ground is a worry the mark/grade/jockey/trip are all positives.The short priced fav whilst he’s an improving 3yo conditions are yet again different from last time and 18lb higher than his first win so now looking vulnerable.

Analysis – A regular runner for us who over raced last time out and had nothing at the finish a typical Guest runner in that he runs 2 or 3 times a week. He does need things to drop his way which hasn’t happened last twice but 14-1 was too hard to ignore.

Analysis – A 7F class 6 0-65 h’cap where I like the look of 20-1 AL’s Memory.He’s a 12 times career winner 8 on the Aw and 4 on turf those 4 turf wins came off 69-84-70 plus 1 abroad. Today he runs off just 58 on ground he has won on over a trip that suits him well.

Analysis – He’s only won once and that came over Cd off 63 today he runs off just 53. He has placed form over Cd on a soft ground and ran well last time out on the AW over 7F.

Analysis – Ran well for us at Windsor under top weight in a very competitive hcap last week. Once again Katherine Glenister takes the ride and an important 7lb off his back.

Analysis – He’s a 6 times winner with 5 on turf and just the one from 9 runs on the AW that win came over 6F at Southwell off a mark of 75, he runs here today of just 70. Last time out at Catterick he ran well against an in form sprinter in Short Work, he travelled really well that day up to the final furlong and didnt have the pace to go with the front few.Today he drops back to 5F for the first time in quite some time. The last twice he ran over 5 he finished 4th in good competitive sprints off 78 & 79. In fact he only run over 5F in 64 runs finishing 2-3-4-4.

Analysis – A Class 4 0-110 amateur riders h’cap hurdle where I quite like the look of the bottom weight who is also the outsider of the field. He’s 0/16 under all codes with only a 3rd of 7 2 races ago at Worcester to show. Last time here over CD he was slowly away and got detached until running on up the home straight to pass a few rivals.He’s now 11lb lower than his initial h’cap mark after running 17L 4th of 4 at Wincanton to Capitaine. This is a slightly better grade than last time but he does have a stone less to carry. Worth an ew play and hope he gets away with the rest.

Analysis – He’s a 4 times winner 2/23 on turf and 2/5 on the AW. He’s run over this CD 4 times finishing 4-2-1-1 winning a h’cap off 74.He’s been abroad for the last 20 months and now comes back after a 179 day break which is a worry but at 33-1 its worth the risk that he’s fit and ready to go 1st time.

Analysis – This one won at Yarmouth in May at 25-1 he was my nap that day and I rightly predicted he would make all the running that day. He’s a totally different horse when getting out the stalls in front. He does however have a massive tendency to be slow away which in sprints is a big worry but when he gets it right he’s a half decent horse. He won his only AW race at Chelmsford over 6F off 86 in July 2015 today he runs off just 69 having won again since. He ran over CD last time where his comments read slow away wide bend soon no chance beaten 9L. He has stall 6 here so every chance with a decent break he can get the lead its all on the start.
