Analysis - Has been in good form over the summer months, winning twice over fences and also a victory back over timber (all over this 3m trip) in July before a two-month break. He bolted up that day at Perth from a 9lb lower mark and after a lacklustre return to action this seven-year old went down by a short-head at Huntingdon just last week and he’s 7lb well-in with his mark due to be adjusted soon. A repeat performance of that would see this gelding go close again and hopefully take advantage of this mark whilst it’s still there - only previous visit to this track saw him beaten in second by half-a-length.
