Analysis – One from the 20 to follow list. A class 6 0-60 8.5F h’cap where once again his new trainer is running him on the wrong course or over the wrong trip. He’s extremely well treated now having won his last race off 78 in Class 4 company today just 60. Wouldn’t say he doesn’t like it here as he has run 2nd 3 times but is yet to win here or over this trip but he does have first time eye shields down 4lb on last run and has a professional jock instead of apprentice so hopefully a bolder showing here.

Analysis – Not won since March 2016 when winning ta Redcar off 67 having won 3 months earlier at Southwell over 1m off 69. Now running over 1m in class 7 0-50 off just 47. Phil Makin has ridden him just 5 times before finishing 2-1-1-1-4 including a win over Newcastles 1mile straight turf course. Clearly not the force of old but drastically down in grade and h’cap mark with PM back on board first time in 26 runs seems a very positive booking for me.
