Analysis – Ended his time at Jamie Osborne’s yard with a 1m2f win on quick ground and began life at Donald McCain’s when going down by half a length over the sea trip before bolting up on hurdle g debut over C&D at the beginning of August. He’s had a short break and looks to hold every chance of following up with him receiving 3lb from short-priced favourite Cracker Factory.

Analysis – Despite finishing last of eleven at Ayr a week ago there are excuses as he pulled far too hard early on which is never good especially in heavy ground and that came in a class 2 nursery. He’s dropped back down to class 4 and the quicker ground will play right to his strengths at a course in which he comfortably won a novice on penultimate outing. This mark of 83 is manageable and if settling better he holds strong claims.

Analysis – Has gone close the last twice over the extended five-furlongs and his mark continues to drop. He’s dropped back to the bare five-furlongs for this, the same trip in which he rattled up a hat-trick last summer with the last of those was coming from a 2lb higher mark under today’s pilot Callum Rodriguez. He’ll handle this softer ground and if the race is run to suit he’s sure to be involved.
