Analysis – Only his second start in a handicap, from a 2lb lower mark than when a fair third back in April over a half furlong further (winner went down by a short head in a class 2 recently). This step back to the minimum is worth a go and Daniel Tudhope is an interesting jockey booking first time out for Richard Hughes so a big run is expected.

Analysis – Has gone well here before with a couple of good efforts over the minimum before winning over track and trip in November from a 3lb lower mark. This gelding has been running well in testing conditions of late and a return to better ground should suit. Jockey Kevin Jones has won three times on this horse and he’s well worth his 5lb claim. Looks overpriced and could go well.
