Todays Racing Tip – FIRMDECISION
Time & Track – 6.45 NEWCASTLE (FRI)
Best Odds – 9-1
Analysis – One from the 20 to follow AW h’cappers who has a different trip here on his first run for anew stable. He’s a price worth doing so I’m happy to go with him though would prefer him over 7F.

Todays Racing Tip – VECHEKA
Time & Track – 7.45 NEWCASTLE (FRI)
Best Odds – 33-1
Analysis – ONE last chance for this enigmatic character who last time out went to Thurles to run over hurdles and ran like it was a 6F hurdle race. He was eventually tailed of and pulled up which is no surprise as he runs over 5-7f on the flat. Today its a mile so he will need to settle better than he has been doing.

Todays Racing Tip – JENNYS DAY
Time & Track – 3.00 KEMPTON (FRI)
Best Odds – 25-1
Analysis – The winner of a 2m maiden hurdle on heavy ground at Listowel. After moving to Katy Price’s yard he ran 2nd over 3m off 119 as the 4/1cfav. Now down to 110 and down in grade to class 4 he looks to have best chance yet as he has also run 2nd of 17 over 2m5 at Wincanton off 115. He’s been a beaten fav a few times which would also suggest they think he’s maybe better than he’s shown so far.

Todays Racing Tip – MELLOW BEN
Time & Track – 1.20 KEMPTON (FRI)
Best Odds – 22-1
Analysis – A 2m conditional jockeys class 4 0-115 h’cap hurdle. One I like has only had 4 runs to date a NH flat race and 3 hurdles. His best run to date was his 5th off 22 at Newbury to Pacific De Baune at 150-1. Last time out he was 5th of 8 beaten 15L at 7-2 but that was over 2m3. Now back to 2m in his first h’cap off 113 with 3lb claimer Harry Reed riding. King Cnut is a big danger and 16-1 was tempting but I like the profile Mellow Ben has and as long as he runs up to that Newbury form he must have a great ew chance.

Todays Racing Tip – GUNNER MOYNE
Time & Track – 2.35 CHELMSFORD (FRI)
Best Odds – 12-1
Analysis – He’s the winner of 3 races including 2 over CD off marks of 50 & 56 both in Class 7 the same as todays. The other win came at Southwell again over this 1 mile trip off 57 in class 6. Since those back to back CD wins he’s been running over longer trips in fact 17 of his last 23 races have been over 1m2 or further, now back to 1m off 50 in class 7 he looks to have been found an ideal chance for win number 4.In his last 2 races he’s had alsorts of combinations for head gear but today he’s gone back to just blinkers.
