Two-time all-weather winner who’s yet to win on the turf in 7 attempts, but he looked to be closing in on his first victory in this sphere last time with a promising effort at Leicester over a mile 2f. A race run at a good pace; he was still in the thick of it inside the final furlong before being passed by a couple of rivals late on to finish 4th. He’s off the same mark down to a mile tomorrow, and being one of just three 3yo’s in the field, I think he looks to best value of those horses especially as the fav was a nr today due to quick ground which if lining up, will get tomorrow also.
