Analysis – This filly has only out in one bad run so far this season which came on blisteringly quick ground at Windsor at the end of July but with that excused she’s ran some solid races either side of that. She landed a double, both over 6f, and is only 4lb higher now having been raised a couple of pounds for a short-head defeat at Haydock the last day, form which has been boosted since. She’s got conditions to suit and though on a career high mark she’s still capable of winning from this mark in my opinion, a tough little handicap but I’d be hopeful she’ll run a nice race.

Analysis – Was last successful back in April last year which isn’t entirely encouraging but that came off an 11lb higher mark and he’s been unlucky the last three starts all at Beverley. Three of his five career wins have come with soft in the going description so he’ll appreciate the conditions here and this mark of 70 is the same as when winning over C&D a couple of years ago. This five-year old has the plum draw in stall one and I think he’s got a great chance with question marks surrounding quite a few of these.
