He won off a 3lb higher mark last June and arrives here on the back of a decent third in a higher grade just over a week ago. The ground conditions won’t be an issue having won on both fast and slow and if reproducing the form of that latest run, or when fourth at Wetherby in May, then he should be in the mix for a trainer who landed a double on Sunday.

Analysis – This filly has won twice and not been beaten far in the other twice since going handicapping and from only a 3lb higher mark than for her latest Chester win she’s still feasibly treated I believe. The way she’s been finishing off her races, as well as her breeding, suggests this further step up in trip should suit and that might be what’s required for her to continue her progression
