Analysis – Won a mares’ handicap at Chelteham’s April meeting over this trip and a Sith placed effort at Worcester from this mark next time out can be forgiven as that came over a longer distance. She ran well over fences the last day when second behind a subsequent winner and is worth another chance from this mark back over timber with her only a pound higher than when winning a class 2 handicap at Warwick back in 2016.

Analysis – First three starts were good efforts (2-1-1) with the best coming on good-to-soft ground at Beverley when winning by seven-lengths over the extended seven furlongs. The step up to a mile in a Salisbury listed event last time was too hot for this colt to handle and this assignment is less strenuous on nursery debut now dropping back to 7f with James Doyle in the saddle a positive.

Analysis – This four-year old has been campaigning in better company since his first outing of the season which came in this grade and resulted in a C&D victory on soft ground from 3lb lower. He’s since been running with credit and was just beaten from this mark at Ripon two starts back over a furlong further, this drop back to the minimum is a good move as all four of his career wins have come at this trip. He’s better with give in the ground so conditions are to his liking and this grade-dropper should go well.
