Analysis – Has been kept away from the quick ground through the summer months and now returns after when beaten a short-head in a class 2 at Sandown at the back end of April. He’s up 4lb for that effort but is now dropped into class 4 company and has returned from an absence of even longer when winning at Bath on penultimate start. The ground will be perfect for this three-year old and with improvement still likely I think he could well still be ahead of the handicapper and I’d be surprised if he’s not right there at the business end.

Analysis – Has shown on first three outings that she’s progressive having gone close on debut this filly scored in a novice next time at Windsor and improved further the last day when 3/20 in a decent class 2 event at York (all over six-furlongs). She was staying on at the line on the Knavesmire so the extended six-furlongs here could well suit this daughter of Kyllachy and although un-raced on anything worse than good-to-firm she’s worth a punt with her trainer Archie Watson currently operating at a 30% strike-rate over the past month.
