Analysis – Won a novice on her penultimate start at huge odds of 66/1 when upped in trip to 1m2f and was a good second on handicap debut over a 1m4f both on this fast ground. That more recent outing at Newmarket suggested that this extra furlong will play to her strengths having shown that she has stamina and she’s able to run off the same mark here for a trainer who has a 36% strike-rate at this track. She’s very unexposed in handicaps and also at this trip so is expected to go well under her 3lb claimer Nicola Currie who rode her the last day.

Analysis – Has ran well from a mark of 83 on his last four outings and his most recent effort was a decent third over this extended mile trip behind a couple of decent rivals and this looks slightly easier. He was third in this race last year from a 2lb lower mark and then landed a double with the second of this victories coming from a 4lb higher mark than he runs off here. His course form reads 1-3-3-4 and all has best efforts have come on this good-to-firm ground, so connections will be hoping this five-year old goes two better than last year.
