This five-year-old mare ran a good race the last day at Hereford when second off this mark of 97. She hurdled well that day and wasn’t stopping as she crossed the line, over the extended 2m3f, so on that evidence, as well as being a daughter of Kayf Tara, this step up in trip looks likely to suit. She won nicely in a maiden hurdle at Worcester over 2m back in January and had previously finished a close second in a bumper behind Kincardine, who looks a nice horse for Nicky Henderson and could give that form a boost (runs in the 1.00 Ascot). Her trainer Martin Keighley is in good form with four winners from his last seven runners and if she improves for the step up in trip then she is overpriced here in my opinion and can hopefully go close.
