Todays Racing Tip – TRES CORONA
Time & Track – 4.30 NOTTINGHAM
Best Odds – 25/1 Coral
Analysis – The 9yo has won 8 of his 58 races the last 5 of which have been over 10F on a soft surface, similar conditions those he races on here today.
It might be that the horse is just regressive but only 4 runs ago he was competing off a mark of 100, now of just 85 which allows him into Class 4
company. In fact his form in Class 4 10F h’caps on soft ground reads 1-4-1-1-6-4 and this drop into Class 4 0-85 is a significantly easier task than
his last races which have all been in Class 2 company. He’s now 8lb below the mark from which he was 3rd in the 2013 Cambridgeshire and 9lb below his
last winning mark from 2014.

Todays Racing Tip – GAVARNIE ENCORE
Time & Track – 8.50 KEMPTON
Best Odds – 12/1 Bet Victor / Paddy Power
Analysis – A real basement level race Class 6 0-55 h’cap, but the selections form in races over 7F here at Kempton reads 1-3-1 in fact all 3 career
wins have been here. Its been 13 races since he raced over the 7F here, he has tried 7F elsewhere and 8F here winning one of them off 51 the same
as todays mark. Its not very often the AW surfaces ride slow but one of his 3 career wins came over this CD off a very similar mark on st/slow
going. His recent form figures don’t exactly read well with a 14/14-9/11-3/13-9/13-5/9-5/13-
7/12 but he has won after a run of poor form so can bounce back without running into form which suggests to me conditions are more important to
getting him right.

Todays Racing Tip – BOBBLE EMERALD
Time & Track – 4.40 LUDLOW
Best Odds – 8/1 General 10/1 Betfair SB
Analysis – I like the look of this one but I do have 1 reservation about his chance. He won here back in April by 10L over 2m 5 in a 0-110 Class 4
off a mark of 102. He then went to Warwick again in a 0-110 with an 8lb rise but over 3m1 and 7-1Fav only to weaken from 4 out and eventually pull
up. After that he contested a 0-130 Class 3 over 2m at Hexham where he ran really well upped in grade and down in trip beaten only 11L one paced
on the run-in. His last run was in a Class 4 0-120 over 2m3 after a 11 week break where he led until headed after the 2nd last, he weakened quickly
and was pulled up before the last. He’s off the same mark here but back 3F in which to me should suit him but his 2 wins are over 3m and 2m5 thats
my reservation is the 2m trip the right one. His run last time suggested he needs dropping back and his run at Hexham in the Class 3 race over
2m suggest that was his trip. Andrew Tinkler again takes the ride and he has ridden him both times he’s won. Of the others Tempurian won well last
time having been allowed an easy lead and Frozen Over looks very well treated winning 12 months ago off 106 now running of 91, he’s a CD winner
and has first time cheek pieces.
Result – Won + 12
