Todays Racing Tip – NICEOFYOUTOTELLME
Time & Track – 4.15 DONCASTER
Best Odds – 22-1 Bet Victor/ William Hill
Analysis – He’s won 4 of his 29 race career but is 0/8 in Stakes Class races. He was 2nd to Bronze Angel in the 2014 Cambridgeshire at Newmarket probably
his best performance so far. His 4 wins have come over a trip of 9-10-11F with 3 in h’caps off marks of 82-87-90. He’s still 3lb above that last
winning mark but he has spent the last 24 months running in Group company, listed races and high class h’caps off marks into the 100’s. Last time
he came up against the battle hardened Fire Fighting over 12F which is a furlong or so too far for him. This drop in distance to 10F plus the 4lb
he’s been dropped for that run, give him a great chance of recording his first win since May 2014. The worry is the 4 3yo who get a 7lb weight
for age allowance and in particular the Mark Johnston trained Ode To Evening who is rated 102 6lb clear of the field but runs off a mark of 95.

Todays Racing Tip – HOLIDAY MAGIC
Time & Track – 6.00 DONCASTER
Best Odds – 33-1 – General Price
Analysis – A hugely competitive 22 runner sprint h’cap, my kind of race. I know a lot of people don’t like them but to me they are my favourite
type of race. You do need a lot of luck in running amongst other factors. The one I like doesn’t have a great sprint profile having won 4 times
all on the AW and all over 7 & 8F. So why do I like him, well his trainer is a big positive Mick Easterby, plus in his 5 turf runs he’s
competed in the Great St Wilfred at Ripon finishing 9th of 20 beaten 4L which is a fair effort plus his run style in his 4 wins was all the
same up with the pace quickened away 2f out and ridden out. He’s drawn only 3 stalls away from the obvious pace angle Ashpam Sam so should
get a good toe into the race, fact they’ll go quick will suit him with his extra stamina, so provided he has a good position at the furlong
pole he could well quicken away from them. It is competitive with plenty I’ve done before here but I do like the look of this one, the clincher
is the 5lb claimer who’s ridden him before but means he’ll run off a mark 5lb below his last winning mark.

Todays Racing Tip – DIVINE CALL
Time & Track – 5.00 EPSOM
Best Odds – 10-1 General Price
Analysis – I’ve tipped him a couple of times so far this summer in better grades than this at huge odds. He ran well without looking dangerous,
I didn’t do him last time at Goodwood as he was 9lb out the h’cap and in Class 4 company so looked to have very little chance. He ran way
above himself to be an unlucky in running 4th beaten only 1L by the winner. IF he reproduces that level of effort here he’d be a cert even
from stall 16. He runs off his lowest mark ever having won 8 of his 80 career races ranging from 61-78, his last win was off 65 today he
runs off 56 less a 3lb claim so 53 thats 13lb lower than last time at Goodwood. Interestingly though this is his first ever run at Epsom
so that is an unknown quantity here but Goodwood is his favourite track which is undulating like Epsom. As i said earlier in the piece
stall 16 is a little worrying as it the widest stall of all tho at the Derby meeting the 6F h’cap won by Blaine 5 of the first 10 home
were drawn with a double figure stall and at the last meeting Ashpam Sam was drawn 11 but was able to get across to lead. Although DC is
a hold up horse he wouldn’t want to be too far back early so his jockey will have to be aware early to not get left behind early.
