Gary Priestley’s horse racing tips review : Week 1
Just a quick look back over the first week of free horse racing tips for Tipsters Review.
I’m a little disappointed we only managed 1 winner from the 26 horse racing tips but we did have 5 runners up, which when dealing with the prices I do
they make a huge difference. Some of them looked like winners, Munjally & Plymouth Sound both looked likely to win when going to the front.
Taking the week as a whole with 1 winner 5x 2nds and 2x 3rds we’ve just about broken even. Some of the selections ran way below expectations nonemoreso
than Artful Prince today and Toledo Gold on the opening day but when you are backing big priced runners you will get a lot who will massively under
perform but some like Fever Few who ran a cracker at 50-1 at Ascot, even though he ultimately lost, I was very pleased with the run he gave us.
From the 26 runners I think only a handful of the racing tips ran below par, I would put Green Howard into that bracket as well. I’ve been backing these
types of prices for over 30years making a profit every year, so bad runs from individual runners and bad runs of form from me are expected. Over the
last 3+years on my Twitter website I operated at roughly a winner every 16 runners at average odds of nearly 18-1 and the average placed runner every
4.5 runners at average odds over 20-1. That sample was from over 3500 runners so a big sample size to get reliable stats from. i know my style of betting
doesn’t appeal to everyone but if it does to you then lets hope we have an enjoyable ride together.
