Analysis - Won nicely over a mile-and-three-quarters a fortnight ago from a 3lb lower mark and is now stepped up to two-mile for the second time. His first effort at tackling this trip wasn’t a bad run on the polytrack at Kempton when beaten just over three-lengths in this grade and is definitely worth another go with the easier ground in his favour (has won on both good-to-soft and soft). The booking of Frankie Dettori is very positive with the pair boasting a 33% strike-rate when teaming up and a repeat performance of both that recent Haydock victory, along with another at that track in a higher grade last September would put this four-year old right in the frame.

Analysis - This filly won on debut over six-furlongs last October and followed that up after a winter break when getting up late over seven-furlongs at Catterick (both in novice events). She went handicapping last time out and posted a decent effort from this mark of 82 when beaten just over two-lengths on Chelmsford’s polytrack on first attempt at this mile trip. She’s entitled to improve on that run on just her second over trip and in handicaps and trainer William Haggas does well with his runners here and he’s got his string in good order of late (26% strike-rate in past fortnight). Jim Crowley back in the saddle is a plus too having won on this filly on debut.
